ART SESSION Formats aT THE GATEGATO GateGato Studio is a contemporary ceramic atelier located in the heart of Caldas da Rainha, just steps away from Parque D. Carlos I. We create sculptures, azulejo panels, and tiles that merge tradition, nature, and material exploration. In our atelier, you are invited to work with clay, tiles, glazes and pottery wheels and free artistic expression. Our studio assisted sessions are conceived as hands-on creative experiences, offering access to materials, tools, and the studio environment, with support and guidance provided when needed, rather than structured teaching. These sessions are intended to give space for creativity, imagination, and the joy of working with clay. Participants are free to experiment with their own ideas and create personal ceramic objects at their own pace, using the studio facilities and materials. Types of workshops we offer:
Who can join: Our sessions are open to kids, adults, and families. We also run inclusive art programs for vulnerable groups. Duration: The standard duration of a workshop is 1 hour. However, we can offer 1,5 or 2-hours and more art sessions upon request.Off-site workshops: We organize ceramic creative assisted sessions for cultural spaces, schools, social institutions, and private events. Please contact us to discuss practical details. |
